The Merrychef Eikon E3 brings flexibility and speed to busy commercial kitchens where space is limited but demand for quality, hot food is high. As the only high-speed oven in its class with a built-in rotating turntable and three-tier cooking cavity, it handles a wide range of tasks — from baking delicate pastries and croissants, to grilling sandwiches, to quickly reheating or cooking meals.
Using a powerful combination of convection heat and microwave energy, the E3 can cook food up to 5–6 times faster than a conventional oven. Its compact countertop footprint makes it exceptionally well-suited for cafés, bars, bakeries and convenience stores — where speed, consistency, and efficient use of space are essential.
Designed with ease-of-use and hygiene in mind, the E3 features an intuitive easyTouch® icon-driven touchscreen control panel that enables staff of any experience level to achieve consistent results while reducing training time and user error. With optional ventless operation (on catalytic-converter models), a cool-touch exterior, easy-clean stainless-steel interior, front-mounted air-filter and programmable menus (up to 1,024 cooking profiles via USB), the Eikon E3 combines convenience, performance and reliability.
